If you’re answering yes to some of the above, do come along to Stone House Books this Friday evening 6-8 pm to meet and greet with six authors plus dynamic ICA Bootcamp lady Imelda Byrne and stock up on some book shopping for Christmas. I didn’t have a book launch in September as the books arrived the Friday before the Ploughing Championships. Therefore, I decided to organise a ‘Rural Reading’ event with various authors of farming books instead. Liz from Stone House Books in Kilkenny was delighted to host it.
I’ve read and reviewed many of the books listed here and will be buying the new ones! Here’s the review of Irish Farming Life, Around the Farm Gate, and A Year on our Farm.
